Homemade Apple Pie

  1. Pie pastry crust (2 ct)
  2. 6 cups thinly sliced apples
  3. 1/4 cup butter diced
  4. Caramel sauce (The small jars for topping ice cream. I used a little less than half a jar.)
  5. 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  6. 1/2 cup white sugar
  7. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  8. 2-3 tablespoons of flour


  • In a large bowl mix together apples, butter, caramel sauce, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, and flour.
  • Lay your first crust into your pie baking pan and form to pan shape.

  • Fill pie crust in the pan with the apple mixture.

  • Make sure you secure the edges well by squeezing them together.
  • Brush some butter over the top and sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar over the top.
  • Last, bake at 375 in the oven for about 45-60 minutes depending on how fast your oven bakes.
  • Serve by itself warm or with French vanilla ice cream. Yummy!
