Roast Beef Melt

(With sautéed mushrooms and onions)

Ingredients:

  1. 1 or 2 packs of Roast Beef (deli meat from the grocery store or you can make your own if you want)
  2. Mushrooms (I use 1 regular size container of the fresh mushrooms from the grocery store)
  3. 1 medium to large Onion
  4. Pepper Jack Cheese
  5. 1 French Loaf
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
  8. Crushed Red Pepper (optional)

Directions:

  1. Saute the mushrooms and onions in a pan with a little worcestershire  and salt and pepper for taste (you can even add bell peppers if you like them)
  2. Then slice your french loaf in half
  3. Add your mushroom and onion mix to the bottom part of the loaf
  4. Next add your roast beef (add as much or as little as you want)
  5. Then add the pepper jack cheese on top of the meat
  6. Last put the whole sandwich in the oven to heat in up and crisp it a little.

That it! It’s so simple and easy….and sooooo good.
